Bachelors Degree from an institution with an Accredited Nutrition Program. Must be a Registered Dietitian, Licensure in the state of Georgia. Developing and implementing medical nutrition therapy plans and provision of nutrition education to cardiac patients and families. Able to perform nutritional assessment for adolescent, adult and geriatric patients and provide supervision of exercise classes under supervision of direct patient care provider for adolescent, adult and geriatric patients * for outpatient services |
