Associates Degree in Respiratory Therapy Sciences required. Registered by the National Board for Respiratory Care and licensed by the State of Georgia under the Composite State Board of Medical Examiners. Current certifications in BCLS, ACLS, PALS and NRP. Must be actively practicing and maintaining all required competencies in both adult and neonatal areas. Neonatal Pediatric Specialist credential from the National Board for Respiratory Care preferred. Requires good verbal and written communication skill, excellent clinical decision making skills and critical thinking to assess patient care, as well as proficiency with Windows-based computer applications and emailing. |
