Performing concurrent and admission reviews of hospitalized patients. Knowledgeable of the federal and state hospital and skilled nursing facility Utilization Review (UR) regulations. Must have in-depth knowledge of Interqual criteria. Assessing patients with discharge planning needs. Assisting infant, child, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients and their families in their medical care by providing resources and assisting in managing care across the continuum. Two years relevant experience required. |
